The Carolina Hockey Alumni Association was founded by a group of local Raleigh Alumni in 2023 – 25 years after the team’s storied move from Hartford, CT to North Carolina. Our aim is to support local organizations & youth hockey programs; fund scholarships and provide a support system for both current & future Alumni of the Carolina Hurricanes & Hartford Whalers organizations.
